RMA Policy

All sales are final.
Trillion will only accept returns
in accordance with the terms of this policy and the purchase agreement.
 

Device Eligibility Requirements 

  1. Any device purchased from Trillion’s authorized sales personnel is eligible for RMA within 30 days of shipment delivery, except for customers in special areas (Please reach out to your sales rep to see if you qualify for special area). For locked devices (Carrier, Blacklist) their warranty will be extended to 90 days. 
  2. Devices that were damaged in transit or by improper use are not eligible for warranty. 
  3. Please refer to Trillion’s RMA form for all eligible warranties. Only select from the reasons codes available from the drop-down menu selection. Additional details may be added in the provided columns. Only listed reason codes are eligible for warranty.  
  4. Non OEM LCD and Face ID Fail phones can only be returned for the following reasons if approved: Functional – LCD, Blacklisted/SIM Lock, and power issues (not turning on/off) 

 

RMA Process 

  1. Returned devices must be sent back with original Trillion labeling or stickers. 
  2. Customer must fill out the RMA form completely prior to warranty deadline to avoid delays.  
  3. All IMEIs must be entered using text format with a (‘) in front of it

  4. Video evidence of any defects is required for our RMA process and must include details of the defects in question. (If needed our technician can send an instructional video showing how to test for certain defects). The video must show the IMEI on the phone with issue for verification. 
  5. For grading disputes, it is necessary to provide a detailed video showing the marks in question. This includes all six sides of the device. 
  6. Replacement devices will match in model, grade, and gigabyte size but may not be in the same color. 

 

Shipment 

  1. After your RMA claim has been approved, please send all approved devices to our facility for repair and/or replacement. 
  2. Please ship devices to: RMA Department  Trillion Technologies and Trading LLC. 2901 Summit Ave. Suite 100, Plano, TX 75074 
  3. Please send the shipping tracking number to our RMA team to avoid delays. 
  4. All returned devices must be data erased including Face ID and passwords. 
  5. Please include a printout of the approved RMA form with the RMA number on the box. 
  6. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending devices to our facility. 
  7. Customers bear the risk of loss or damage in transit. 

 

Prior Return Authorization 

  1. Only devices listed on an approved RMA form will be accepted. 
  2. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to your account for any device sent back to us that does not have an eligible warranty. 

 

Issuing of Credit 

  1. In the event where repair or replacement is not an option, a pre-determined credit would be issued. 
  2. If full credit is issued for a device, the credit amount will honor the original price it was purchased for.

 

Other Terms 

  1. Trillion reserves the right to terminate the RMA policy at any time.  
  2. Trillion RMA policy is subject to change at any time according to Trillion’s decision.
